Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift

Headquartered in Fort Wayne, IN, WaterFurnace designs and manufactures ultra-efficient, renewable-energy comfort products that provide heating, cooling and potable hot water solutions for use in both homes and commercial buildings. We employ more than 345 people in R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales roles across the US and Canada. For almost four decades, our Geothermal Heat Pumps, Water Source Heat Pumps, and Heat Recovery Chillers have been reducing energy usage consumption and increasing comfort in buildings around the world.

Work Hours:   Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., overtime as required

Job Description:

• This will be a fast-paced environment which will move inventory both inbound and outbound for delivery  
• Accuracy and speed will be a must
• Material Handling / Receiving / Parts Delivery
• Truck Driving
• Inventory Accuracy
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a clean Driving Record
• Must be able to obtain a Chauffeur's License within 30 days of being placed in the position
• Forklift qualified with a valid license
• Must be self-directed
• High attention to detail is a must
• Maintain high level of quality work
• Epicor ERP system experience a plus
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
