What You’ll Do as a Junior Graphic Designer

This role is more than just designing—you’ll be helping shape how our brand communicates visually, from sales pitches to marketing materials.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design Engaging Presentations & Pitch Decks – Transform ideas into stunning, easy-to-understand visuals that help tell a compelling story.
• Create Marketing Materials – Design graphics, banners, social media posts, and event collateral to support marketing and promotional efforts.
• Turn Data into Visuals – Translate market research findings into clear, visually appealing infographics, charts, and reports.
• Support Marketing Events – Help design event materials such as signage, brochures, and digital assets to enhance brand presence.
• Ensure Brand Consistency – Work closely with the team to maintain a consistent and polished look across all visual materials.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication Arts, or a related field preferred (but not required).
• At least 1 year of design experience – No need for 10+ years, we want talent that's ready to grow!
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel – You’ll use these tools often.
• Creativity & strong attention to detail – You love turning ideas into compelling visuals.
• A passion for learning and collaboration – You’re eager to take feedback and improve.
