Support multiple Recruiters with job postings on career sites, scheduling interviews while providing an excellent candidate experience. Interviews include phone, videoconferencing (MS Teams), onsite interviews, and travel (when needed).
Maintain HR Data Systems (Workday, ADP, HR Cloud) and processing new hires through the Applicant Tracking and Onboarding systems, ensuring all candidates are in the appropriate status.
Responsible for adding all new hires to the calendar.
In charge of background process. Maintain background tracker and review employment applications/background check reports.
Support PowerPoint presentations and training sessions regarding TA processes.
Source and find candidates qualified for open positions. Communicate with management teams about the candidatesβ hiring needs and recommend most qualified candidates.
Assist with the preparation and analysis of management information and reports.
Attend career and college fairs, and similar events.
Review job descriptions for accuracy for open positions and posting the roles to our internal/external career sites as well as niche job boards.
Stay informed of the changing norms in the Energy Industry regarding skill set and competency demand and supply.β
