Natron seeks a Supply Chain Manager/Sr. Planning Manager to lead the ongoing operation of its enterprise resource planning, production control, and logistics functions within its pilot operations in Holland, MI and with its contract manufacturers around the world.
The ideal candidate will manage the on-going supply chain by working closely with internal pilot operations, internal production operations, contract manufacturers, product development teams, and sales teams to plan and schedule production runs to meet customer orders and pilot runs to serve product development objectives. This position will be hands-on in establishing systems and business practices for shipping and receiving, inventory management, production scheduling, forecasting, and materials purchasing. As the business grows, the person in this role will recruit and grow the existing team to scale the planning, logistics, and procurement activities as appropriate for the business volume and needs. Qualified applicants will have prior production management experience in job-shop environments and with external contract manufacturers, preferably in the field of batteries or electronic hardware systems. The person for this position has a positive attitude, collaborates well, and does what it takes to get the job done.
