We are looking for a Product Support Intern to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Program Management and based in San Jose, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Design and develop multimedia-based layouts, graphics, and animations for training materials.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud Suite to create visual content, including videos and graphics.
• Edit and refine audio and video components for training modules.
• Collaborate with the training team to understand requirements and translate these into compelling training assets.
• Assist in managing and organizing multimedia content.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas for improving training materials.
Desired Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong creative and multimedia design skills. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Self-motivated and proactive in taking initiative and action.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Graduating least by June 2026
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic performance (GPA 3.0 or higher preferred).
• A keen interest in technology, energy solutions, and environmental sustainability.
