Operation support specialist

Scope of work

• Support Long Term Service Agreement (LTSA) manager
• Collect the reference data by customer’s site and update the monthly performance.
• Data cleaning to filtering the data, check missing customer’s data and preparing dataset for analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Analyzes problems and determines root causes, and Improve existing report system
• To provide actionable insights to support manager make informed decisions.
• To present explanation charts and other tools to visualize performance data and trends
• Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems
• Work closely with all service team and supports for develop team environmental aspect Perform other duties as assigned

Skills

• Understanding of LTSA contract Strong understanding of statistical analysis techniques
• The ability to communicate complex information effectively in report form
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Communication and presentation skills
