We are looking for an Engineering Program Management Intern to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to Senior Manager, Engineering Project Management and based in San Jose, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role.



Role and Responsibilities:

Support managing engineering programs from concept to deployment via new product development process and structured phase gate process.

Help drive day-to-day program activities, development planning, execution, and risk assessments to meet overall program objectives for development projects.

Work with our internal development teams to define technical objectives and development goals for production-bound and prototype development efforts, then help manage and track the development schedule and risks to realize these goals.

Interface and collaborate with multi-functional development partners to drive technical alignment, schedule alignment, and issue resolution.

Be able to use outstanding interpersonal skills, for collaborating across many participating teams. This individual will interact with many internal teams to lead and deliver best-in-class products in an exciting fast-paced environment.

Support with handling questions and/or requests related to specific programs.



Skills and Experience:

Working towards a B.S degree in one of the following areas: Industrial Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Computer and Information systems. And are successfully maintaining an above average GPA, preferably 3.0 or higher.

Ability to translate raw data into presentations and reports that can be presented both internally and externally.

Proficiency in PC business software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical is preferred

Self-starter - proactive and persistent - quick learner and team player

Exceptional verbal & written communication skills

Ability to incorporate critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to interact with engineers of different disciplines

Ability to confidently and clearly define engineering requirements.

Self-starter that shows the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.

Proficient in MS Office and experience with project planning tools

Must be a junior or senior graduating by Summer 2026

Salary Ranges:
