Developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies across all channels to promote introduction of BESS technologies to external markets as well as preparing investor relations and board of directors content for internal/external consumption. Managing various channels including advertising, social media, and content marketing. Promoting Eosβs brand, products and services to a global market, while ensuring consistent messaging and maximizing brand visibility.
Create and oversee the overall marketing and communications strategy aligned with business goals, including target audience identification, brand positioning, and messaging development.
Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels like digital advertising, social media, email marketing, press releases, and events.
Maintain brand consistency across all communication touchpoints, ensuring brand guidelines are followed and the company image is accurately represented.
Along with the investor and public relations team, manage media relations and coordinate trade show appearances to maintain a positive public perception.
Oversee the development of engaging content, including website copy, social media updates, videos, and other marketing materials
Manage relationship with external marketing partners to ensure consistency and collaboration on all materials
Collaborating with cross-functional teams like sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
Effectively translate information on the technology and science of BESS to external markets to educate public and customers on Eos technologies
Help to grow marketing organization as business needs arise

Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing and communications strategies
Experience marketing globally, understanding regional differences and adjusting strategies accordingly
Proficient with using PowerPoint or other design skills needed for creating visually compelling marketing materials and presentations
Strong cross functional collaboration and project management skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and organizational needs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Digital marketing expertise, including social media, SEO, and content marketing
Analytical skills to interpret data and measure campaign performance
Creative thinking and ability to develop compelling marketing concepts
Understanding of industry trends and best practices
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field required.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in a marketing or communications role with increasing responsibility and oversight required.
Local Travel: 25-50%
Overnight/North America: 25-50%
Office Environment - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time and occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. May be required to exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
Customer/Partner Locations β Employee may visit customer or partner locations that may be comprised of office, manufacturing floor, laboratory environments and construction sites depending on the location and reason for visit.
