About the Role:

The Commercial Operation Program Manager will be working in the commercial team to provide support on all activities required from commercial proposal presentations to contract signature. They will advise the broader commercial team on commercial strategy and implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate the supply contracts for Eos products and services in line with the Company risk processes and contractual guidelines.

  • Work together with Business Development, Application Engineering and Sales organizations and will support all contract negotiations activities with customers. The Commercial Operation Program Manager will also support the Sales organization in the definition and implementation of the commercial strategy for each offering.

  • Identify any potential critical commercial triggers to be addressed during contract negotiations and contract drafting

  • Draft and negotiate service contracts with customers. Lay out and promote Eos service solutions around main customer operating strategies

  • Report commercial Key Performance Indicators and contract risk profiles to the company’s Chief Commercial Officer

  • Negotiates all Non-Disclosure Agreements and Letters of Intent negotiation and secures signature.

  • Supports any future potential audits for internal or external auditing organization relevant to contract management compliance and processes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven understanding of contract language typically used in the Energy Storage market.

  • Good understanding of terms and conditions risk profile and ability to mitigate and negotiate terms with external and internal customers.

  • Previous knowledge of batteries storage technologies

  • Strong demonstrated expertise and background in contract negotiations, desired in the energy storage market space.

  • Desired a general background in batteries storage technology (if any) with general understanding of Eos market space.

  • Effective communication, interpersonal and analytic skills. Able to work in matrix organization with a teamwork spirit.

  • Strong compliance culture, passioned in technical aspects, and self-motivated type of person.

Education and Experience

  • Bahcelor's degree in engineering required.

  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience.

Travel

  • Local Travel: 10-25%

  • Overnight/North America: 10-25%

Working Conditions

  • Office Environment - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time and occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. May be required to exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

  • Customer/Partner Locations – Employee may visit customer or partner locations that may be comprised of office, manufacturing floor, laboratory environments and construction sites depending on the location and reason for visit.
