Redaptive is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate the development and implementation of complex technical projects. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for tracking, reporting and managing project timelines, resources, and risks, as well as communicating project status to stakeholders.
This role has an expectation to work daily during India evenings / USA mornings to align with teams across several international time zones including Argentina.

Job Responsibilities- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of technical programs and underline projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scrum masters, engineering managers, product managers, and operations, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Assess resource requirements, effort estimations and review product roadmap.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify, communicate and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate relevant meeting and Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to project team members.
- Implement and manage project management best practices and processes.
- Manage program initiatives with various internal stakeholders.
- Participate in agile transformation processes, Implement and manage best practices.

Education and Experience- Bachelorβs degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience (Min 6 yrs in technical program management).
- Experience managing complex technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
