Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies.
  • Managing and supervising a team of employees.
  • Analyzing and improving processes to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Identifying and resolving operational problems and issues.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met on timelines and accuracy
  • Ensure feedback is provided for the process.
  • Systematically identify, analyze and tackle issues and problems to reach optimal solutions in a timely manner.


Professional Qualification

  • Experience of 3-5 years in technical support to software products (B2B SaaS product)
  • Experience in customer service, technical support, ticketing tools, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Operational Excellence: Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attitude: Highly positive attitude and a people person.
  • Multitasking: Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software (JIRA, SF, Netsuite)
  • Strong team player while possessing the autonomy to manage his own workload.

The ideal candidate for this role should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in managing teams, and a deep understanding of operations and business processes.
