To join our team as a Senior Program Manager! You'll lead the full lifecycle of high-impact client programs, managing budgets, timelines, and performance across cross-functional teams. This role involves overseeing either one large program or a portfolio of smaller contracts, while providing direct leadership to a team of program managers and contractors. You'll act as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and contract compliance, and will drive business growth through strategic planning and execution. Success in this role means aligning program development with market trends and continually improving processes, tools, and outcomes.

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…

  • Lead all phases of client programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
  • Oversee program budgets, implementation strategies, and overall performance for major programs or subsystems.
  • Manage one large program (typically $5–$10M annually) or a portfolio of smaller contracts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams of 10–30 professionals across technical, marketing, operations, analytics, and administrative areas.
  • Provide direct people management for 2–5 team members, including program managers and contractors.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, leading contract negotiations and ensuring execution, compliance, and satisfaction.
  • Develop business plans, operating budgets, financial terms, and project documentation to support program success.
  • Align program development with market trends and client needs, while resolving key challenges and resource constraints.
  • Evaluate program performance and recommend strategic marketing and operational improvements.
  • Drive business growth through new client development, product line expansion, and continuous process enhancement.​

  • 8+ years of project management experience
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MS or MBA preferred
  • Must be located within driving distance of Los Angeles

Target Compensation:

$130,000.00 USD

Compensation Range

$121,800.00 - $182,800.00
