The team that you join:
Repsol Low Carbon Generation (Renewables), which is positioned as one of the four business pillars of the Repsol Group within the framework of the 2024-2027 Strategic Plan, whose objective is to decarbonise our product portfolio and strengthen the company's position as a multi-energy supplier at a national and international level.
Your objective within the company will be to create, implement, and manage competitive bid processes and negotiation of BESS Equipment contracts, including detailed Total Cost of Ownership analysis and award recommendations to the Head of Capital Equipment.
Main tasks:
Accountability for negotiating supply chain agreements, in connection with the Head of Solar Procurement, as well as for maintaining relationships and mutual understanding with the Solar Equipment suppliers
Provide guidance in understanding global and local BESS Equipment markets and technologies and participate in negotiation of supply contracts and/or support on other decisions with regard to relationships with BESS Equipment suppliers in support of projects being developed in Repsol
Responsible for the execution of sourcing strategies for the acquisition of BESS Equipment.
Understanding both global and local BESS Equipment supply markets, technology evolution and pricing
Administer all BESS Equipment and O&M agreements - Contract management role for BESS Equipment: monitors fabrication timeline, quality inspections, transportation, contractual requirements fulfilment

Knowledge of Solar and BESS Equipment market, technologies and contracts.
Notable negotiation skills.
Strong analytical skills including the ability to distill, synthesize, and draw conclusions on large amounts of data.
Previous knowledge of batteries.
