The Reporting Analyst is committed to supporting the Company by analyzing, developing, and managing reports and presentations for multiple company stakeholders.

Location

This position is based in Lake Charles, LA.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Create, distribute, and manage various reports with a multiple function focus.
• Execute procedures to ensure all reports and supporting documents are completed accurately and within the required timeframes.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports and presentations.
• Provide trend analysis in data that could assist with business procedures and practices.
• Provide support to multiple stakeholders by integrating data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements and reporting.
• Develop a full understanding of all data sources and structures of the company.
• Plan and maintain the schedule and workflow for multiple reports and administrative tasks.
• Partner with subject matter experts to extract, filter, and aggregate data using logical queries and basic programming.
• Construct data metrics, statistics, and analyses.
• Conduct the layout of information/data, including the use of infographics.
• Format reports and presentation materials into established templates and style guides.
• Performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

At a minimum, the Reporting Coordinator must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent field of study, along with 3+ years of proven reporting and data analytics experience and expert level of proficiency working with Microsoft PowerPoint, similar reporting software or a high school, or equivalent, along with 7+ years of proven reporting experience. Experience in project management within the Construction industry is preferred.

• Ability to use appropriate computer programs (including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite) which includes having proficient computer skills and the ability to adapt and learn as programs and processes change.
• Ability to work as a team member and exert initiative to work independently to reach a goal. Ability to embrace change in the workplace while encouraging others to seek innovative approaches.
• Ability to function effectively as a team player and collaborator.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including overtime, as needed, to best serve the business operations.
