- Go to market and analysis to identify emerging customers, and potential growth areas.
- Develop business development strategies to capitalize on opportunities for origination pipeline 2024/2025/2026
- To develop strategies for Large Scale developments based on existing programs such as NEDA, TPA, CRESS, LSS, etc.
- To secure land for large scale development
- Collaborate with management to define market strategies, and target segments.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, investors, internal colleagues for work efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Anticipate client requirements and propose tailored solutions to customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, presentations, and pitches to showcase our services
- Lead the preparation of competitive bids, proposals, and tender responses, ensuring alignment with client specifications and project requirements.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners, subcontractors, and technology providers
- Foster collaborative relationships with industry stakeholders, including equipment suppliers, engineering firms, and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate closely with project management teams to transition from business development to project execution.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams, facilitating effective communication and alignment with client expectations.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables, intervening as needed to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
