POSITION SUMMARY:

The Residential Project Administrator is an integral part of project delivery for our customers in Oregon and Washington. Duties include working withΒ customers and assisting the Project Team with successful preparation and close out of residential projects. One of the main goals will beΒ obtaining permitting and utility approvals and coordination for final system interconnection. The ideal candidate must be flexible, detail-oriented and organized.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work directly & communicate with customers to provide project information and process paperwork for signature.
  • Research, apply for, and purchase all necessary permits for projects.
  • Coordinate interconnection process and execution with local Utilities both pre- and post-installation.
  • Review paperwork, installation documents, and permit applications to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist Residential Project Managers (RPM) and installation crews as required to help deliver projects.
  • Assist WA and OR Residential Admin’s in daily responsibilities and provide task support while a team member is on PTO.
  • Maintain and ensure an organized and clean digital folder system (Dropbox).
  • Keep Salesforce up to date and accurate with project and customer information.
  • Help maintain the installation schedule and project construction readiness Β through task prioritization.
  • Collaborate with co-workers to improve project administration and company-wide processes and performance.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous solar experience is ideal.
  • Previous construction permitting experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Great organization and attention to detail.
  • Advanced computer skills and experience with MS Office and Google programs.
  • Ability to take lead role on internal projects and problem solving.
  • Scheduling and planning skills.
  • Research and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and have self-motivation.
