POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT
Moss’ Oracle Fusion Solutions Lead will be responsible for driving the strategic implementation, support, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, particularly focusing on Financials, Procurement, and Project Management modules. This role will serve as the subject matter expert and liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
This position requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion applications, a strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, and the ability to lead solution design across cross-functional teams.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the support and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, particularly Financials, Procurement, and Projects
Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to gather business requirements and design efficient, scalable solutions within Oracle Fusion
Translate finance and accounting processes into system configurations that align with Oracle Fusion best practices
Provide hands-on configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Oracle Fusion modules to resolve issues and deliver enhancements
Ensure solution designs reflect the unique requirements of a construction organization, including job costing, project billing, and project management
Design, develop, deploy and oversee system integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems using tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and middleware platforms
Collaborate with external and internal developers, integration teams, and data architects to ensure clean, secure, and scalable integrations and reports
Support reporting needs using OTBI, BI Publisher and other Oracle and analytics tools
Manage integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems (e.g., construction management software, payroll, banking)
Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across systems
Lead or provide architectural oversight on Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, enhancements, and transformation initiatives
Collaborate with PMOs and project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Manage external consultants and vendors for Oracle-related projects and support
Support change management efforts by delivering system documentation, architectural diagrams, and training for key users and support teams
Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
Cloud ERP certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Financials, Procurement Cloud, PPM Cloud) highly desirable
5+ years of experience in finance systems support, with a strong background in ERP and accounting systems
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, and Project Management modules
Experience implementing and supporting cloud-based ERP solutions in complex, global environments
Proficient with integration technologies, APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Familiarity with data models, reporting (BI Publisher, OTBI), and security configurations within Oracle Cloud
Solid understanding of financial processes, financial reporting, project management and accounting, and procurement
Technical aptitude with the ability to learn and support complex finance systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
