POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT
Moss’ Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect is a strategic technical leader responsible for designing, architecting, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions across key business domains such as Financials, Procurement, Projects, and Supply Chain. This role works closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate enterprise needs into scalable, sustainable, and integrated Oracle Fusion solutions that drive operational efficiency, data integrity, and business growth. This position requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion applications, a strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, and the ability to lead solution design across cross-functional teams.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion ERP modules, including Financials, Procurement, Project Accounting, and Project Management
Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Fusion solutions to meet current and future business needs
Develop end-to-end solution blueprints, ensuring they align with enterprise architecture standards and business goals
Evaluate and recommend Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities, modules, and configurations that improve business processes
Drive standardization and best practices across Oracle Fusion configurations and customizations
Monitor system performance and work with IT and third-party vendors to resolve any technical issues or escalate them as necessary
Design, develop, deploy and oversee system integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems using tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and middleware platforms
Collaborate with external and internal developers, integration teams, and data architects to ensure clean, secure, and scalable integrations
Lead data migration, transformation, and conversion strategies for new implementations or system upgrades
Partner with business leaders, finance teams, and technology stakeholders to gather and analyze complex business requirements
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and Oracle Fusion configurations
Provide strategic guidance on Oracle Cloud roadmap planning, module adoption, release management, and ongoing optimization
Lead or provide architectural oversight on Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, enhancements, and transformation initiatives
Collaborate with PMOs and project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Support change management efforts by delivering system documentation, architectural diagrams, and training for key users and support teams
Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
Cloud ERP certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Financials, Procurement Cloud, PPM Cloud) highly desirable
5+ years of experience in finance systems support, with a strong background in ERP and accounting systems
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, and Project Portfolio Management modules
Experience architecting and implementing cloud-based ERP solutions in complex, global environments
Proficient with integration technologies, APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Familiarity with data models, reporting (BI Publisher, OTBI), and security configurations within Oracle Cloud
Solid understanding of financial processes, financial reporting, project management and accounting, and procurement
Technical aptitude with the ability to learn and support complex finance systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
