Job Description Summary:

The Onboarding Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth transition of projects from Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) to Operations & Maintenance (O&M) as we achieve Care, Custody, and Control. This role provides critical support to the Onboarding Manager with coordinating project schedules, scheduling meetings, and managing onboarding tasks.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires collaboration with internal teams, customers, and EPC partners to ensure all project milestones and deliverables are met efficiently.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Onboarding Coordination: Assist in managing and executing onboarding activities to support a seamless project transition from EPC to O&M.

  • Scheduling & Timeline Management: Review and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with EPC commissioning timelines.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the Onboarding Manager and internal teams to coordinate project deliverables and ad hoc tasks.

  • Project Documentation: Attend project meetings, take detailed notes, track action items, and ensure all necessary documentation is properly maintained.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide timely assistance to customers and internal teams, addressing inquiries and coordinating responses.

  • Multi-Project Management: Handle multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional Communication: Utilize excellent written and verbal English skills for effective business communication, professional correspondence, and phone interactions.

  • Detail-Oriented Organization: Maintain a structured approach to managing tasks, schedules, and project records.

  • Adaptability & Reliability: Exhibit dependability, flexibility, and the ability to adjust to shifting priorities.

Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer support.

  • Project Management Skills: Ability to work effectively within a project team, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Organization & Multitasking: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate various responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Solar PV industry.
