Key Responsibilities: •Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues, including but not limited to routing, switching, firewall, and VPN configurations. •Diagnose and resolve complex network problems using advanced troubleshooting techniques. •Collaborate with IT and OT teams to identify and implement solutions to improve network performance and reliability. •Perform network assessments and recommend improvements to optimize network infrastructure. •Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. •Serve as a subject matter expert on IT and OT networking technologies and best practices. •Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies. Qualifications: •Minimum of 5 years of experience in network support and troubleshooting, with a focus on enterprise-level environments. •Expert-level knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and MPLS. •Hands-on experience with network equipment from vendors such as Cisco and Palo Alto Networks. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members. •Industry certifications are highly desirable. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment

The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $110,000 and $137,700/Annual; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements such as annual bonus, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
