Partnerships serve as a pivotal growth catalyst for ERM, offering the potential to revolutionize our market access strategy. Considering our engagement in external partnerships, we are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Net Zero Cloud(NZC) System Implementation (SI) Sales Lead for North America.
As a NZC SI Sales Lead, you are responsible for generating new business, sourcing, developing and qualifying opportunities through strategic, targeted outreach and working in tandem with our Partnership team, Advisory and Salesforce team. You will fuel our revenue-engine, and are critical to our growth.
You are the focal point for driving sales of NZC Implementation services to potential customers in nominated key accounts. You will be based in North America. You will report into the Head of Tech Partnerships in the Digital Products team.
Accountabilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth of NZC implementation services in North America.
Collaborate with ERM and Salesforce global and regional sales and consulting leaders to align sales and pre-sales efforts of NZC.
Establish and maintain proactive and productive relationships with prospects and key decision makers.
Manage existing key client accounts and supporting with relevant queries where .
Identify business development opportunities and participate in networking events, utilise channels as well as ERM provided resources to highlight key potential clients and partnerships.
Deliver knowledge on Salesforce wide product suite to current and prospective clients and businesses.
Demonstrate commercial and financial acumen to drive key strategies with a growth mindset.
Actively involved in sales related activities including:
Securing new business revenues and new customers
Driving delivery of commercial objectives with stakeholders
Identification and management of leads and opportunities
Sales strategy development
Sales funnel management, forecasting and reporting (CRM)
Key account management and planning
Proposal development
Steering strategic campaigns and approaches
Representing the company at conferences, industry events etc.
Developing strategic partnerships
Identify key areas of improvement for sales process.
Key Performance Measures
Development and Execution of Sales strategy
Growth of System Implementation business
Performance against budgeted targets
Sales pipeline metrics and conversions
Customer and Partner feedback
Support the Business Unit by:
Provide leadership in respect of adhering to local regulations, ERM’s processes, procedures, methodologies, guidance, and programs to both drive operational excellence and manage risk
Provide leadership in communicating and enabling ERM’s health and safety culture.

Education, qualifications, training
Degree qualified
Experience
>5 years in direct sales
>1 year in tech / digital space / SaaS
>2 year serving corporates (ideally Tech sector)

Delivering sales to corporate customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional presenter

Starting salary - $175 - 200,000 + Bonus + Benefits
