Join our team as an Manager of Marketing Account Management! In this role, you will promote CLEAResult’s service lines, capabilities, or campaigns to existing clients and/or new clients in an effort to expand current relationship and continue to present innovation/value. You will also be responsible for the end to end execution of all marketing projects. You and your team will be responsible for coordinating the process as well as the projects initiated by the Account Management team on behalf of marketing clients. Account Management owns the marketing client relationship in conjunction with the Program team, providing marketing strategy and analysis, while ensuring that client requests are fulfilled to optimize marketing budgets.

The candidate will need to reside in Portland, OR.

In this role, you will:

  • Manages a team of account service professionals.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Program teams and Program Directors to identify and grow opportunities within various territories.
  • Foster client relationships and develop data-driven marketing strategies for a variety of clients and projects.
  • Manage multiple clients and accounts.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and intervene as necessary.
  • Write creative/strategy briefs and collaborate with creative and shared services teams to ensure that briefs meet requirements.
  • Ability to define and write program relevant go-to-market strategy, plans, creative briefs and executional tactics in support of plan success metrics.
  • Partner with agency team members to shepherd projects from conception to completion; identify external resources as appropriate.
  • Drive campaign reviews and filter and translate client feedback.
  • Analyze, distill, and report on marketing results.
  • Facilitate projects debriefs, ensuring that learnings are shared across the broader marketing team.
  • Drive new business through proposal development and client pitching.
  • Ensure that team utilization and workload meet agency requirements
  • Works with senior leaders to ensure that teams are functioning in alignment with marketing goals and strategy.
  • Collaborate with FinOps and Producers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Assist in meeting agency KPI’s and revenue goals.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • 15+ years experience
  • 2+ years people management with at least 5 direct reports
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or other related field, with marketing, advertising or communications preferred
  • Marketing agency experience
  • Client relationship management experience

Compensation Range

$90,900.00 - $136,300.00
