This position will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee records, onboarding, and benefits administration specifically for the SR400 project. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This is a temporary, project-based position with potential opportunities for future projects.

Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist with posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
  • Help prepare onboarding materials and welcome packets for new hires.
  • Support new employee orientation and ensure completion of necessary paperwork.

Employee Records & Data Management:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HR database.
  • Ensure the accurate filing of documents and proper organization of personnel files.
  • Help track and manage employee attendance, leave requests, and other HR-related records.

Employee Support:

  • Provide basic administrative support to employees, including responding to general HR-related inquiries.
  • Assist in communicating HR policies and benefits information to employees.

Compliance & Benefits Administration:

  • Help maintain records related to employee benefits (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
  • Ensure employee data is compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in preparing paperwork for audits and compliance checks.

Training & Development:

  • Support HR in organizing training and development sessions.
  • Maintain records of employee training, certifications, and performance evaluations.

General Administrative Support:

  • Help manage HR-related correspondence and document preparation.
  • Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous administrative experience or internship in HR is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
