To join our team as a Field Manager! We need a management pro who can oversee a field team working in residential customer homes and managing relationships with Trade Allies and Subcontractors, as well as manage a large team of Energy Advisors who support customer education and energy efficiency journey.

Manage Subcontractors, Trade Allies, and Energy Advising Field staff.
Teach and train others in the Program.
Work closely with leadership on most complex, high risk, high payoff, accounts and projects.
Work on standard work and more complex projects, especially in concert with team members on larger projects or with engineering on new measures.
Conduct complex post-install checks in person or remotely, as well as advisor call quality spot checks.
Support multiple Client Programs in residential energy efficiency and electrification through field team support.
For this exciting career opportunity, you will have…
8+ years of relevant industry experience
Technical certification/training preferred for Field team role (BPI, LEED, etc.)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Comfortable learning and working in various cloud-based systems (Salesforce, SnuggPro, Sharepoint, etc.)
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Confidence in a leadership role: documenting processes and procedures; documenting and executing root cause analysis and corrective action plans; team performance management; etc.
Target Compensation
$110,000-120,000
This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
