We are looking for a talented individual…
To join our team as an Energy Technician II. This is an entry-level position and training will be provided. You will travel throughout a defined territory in a company-provided vehicle to job sites and install energy efficiency measures to reduce consumer energy bills for various utility and weatherization programs. There is no overnight travel.

Install energy savings measures including attic insulation (batts and blown), caulking, lightbulbs, showerheads, baseboards, thermostats and electric water heaters
Perform minor repairs to include windows and doors
Assist with loading and unloading work trucks
Ensure measures installed are to program guidelines
Assist with keeping the job site organized and safe
Assist with customer site job set up and tear down
Physical requirements:
Able to work under different weather conditions including extreme hot and cold weather
Sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
Crawl, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or reach often working in crawl spaces and under mobile homes for part of the workday
Use repetitive hand motion & use of basic hand and power tools
Use of a ladder at various heights (up to 3 stories)
Lift, carry or push up to 50 pounds as needed

High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in the residential construction industry is preferred. Will train the right candidate for the job
