To be part of our Engineering Team! CLEAResult, a consulting firm that designs and implements energy efficiency programs, is looking for an engineering co-op. The co-op position is designed for approximately 40 hours per week, May 5, 2025 - August 29, 2025, but can be extended if the candidate wishes.
Based on performance and available positions, co-ops may be considered for promotion to a full-time engineering position after the co-op has been completed.
Must be in based in Ontario to be considered.

Calculate energy savings for energy-efficient projects
Work with a highly effective team to review projects submitted to our local energy efficiency lighting programs
Support development of company-wide engineering best-practices
Support engineering tool development using MS Excel and other software
Prepare draft reports such as measurement verification plans and billing analysis results
Update databases and calculators
Ensure current energy efficiency projects reflect federal and state energy codes
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…
Active enrollment and completion of 2 or more years in post-secondary education in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental or Energy preferred)
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Able to work 40 hours per week, May 5, 2025 - August 29, 2025
Interest and ambition to work in the fast-paced energy efficiency industry
Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and detailed calculation work
Strong math and analytical skills
Compensation:
$23.00 / hour CAD
