POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT
Moss’ Content Developer will play a critical role in developing engaging and impactful leadership and professional development learning programs. This role requires experience with instructional design tools like Articulate, an understanding of Workday integration for learning management, and the ability to design visually compelling content. The ideal candidate will also have a creative flair, with graphic design skills to support the creation of branding and logos for various talent development initiatives.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop engaging e-learning modules and training materials, primarily focused on leadership and professional development
Utilize Articulate and other authoring tools to create interactive, high-quality content that meets learning objectives
Design learner-centered materials that are accessible, engaging, and aligned with adult learning principles
Integrate courses and materials into Workday, ensuring seamless LMS functionality, tracking, and reporting
Collaborate with the talent development and Workday teams to ensure training materials are properly integrated into the Workday LMS platform
Troubleshoot and optimize the learner experience within Workday, ensuring ease of access and tracking for all users
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs and translate them into interactive learning experiences
Create instructional content for a variety of formats, including e-learning modules, instructional videos, job aids, and virtual training materials
Ensure content is scalable, adaptable, and aligned with the organization’s leadership and professional development strategy
Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing and branded learning materials, including logos and design assets for various programs
Develop branding for leadership development programs and other talent initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational identity
Manage and maintain e-learning content within the LMS (Workday), ensuring ease of access and user engagement
Track and analyze data from training programs, using LMS analytics to report on learner progress, completion rates, and training effectiveness
Work closely with HR, leadership development teams, and external consultants to deliver training solutions that support enterprise-wide initiatives
Provide support for program launches, leadership development events, and training rollouts across various regions
Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on leadership and professional development programs
Proficiency in Articulate (Storyline, Rise) and other e-learning authoring tools
Experience with Workday Learning or similar Learning Management Systems (LMS), including content integration and tracking
Strong graphic design skills with experience in creating branding, logos, and visual assets for learning programs
Excellent ability to translate complex concepts into engaging and interactive learning experiences
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams
Ability to create innovative learning solutions and visually appealing content that drives engagement and learning
Strong understanding of instructional design tools, LMS platforms, and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail when creating instructional content and visual designs
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders across departments
