Summary
The Channel Program Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing high-impact projects, program support, process optimization, and event coordination across our Channel Partner team. This multifaceted position is responsible for streamlining and running operational processes, executing events, and supporting leadership initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a heavily matrixed environment—ensuring our projects align with PosiGen’s mission and brand and are executed seamlessly.
This position is open to remote candidates located near one of our Centers of Excellence: New Orleans, LA; Houston, TX; Salt Lake City, UT
Essential Job Functions
- Process Optimization: Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance project outcomes.
- Task & Deadline Management: Utilize project management tools to track tasks, deadlines, and progress across multiple initiatives.
- Documentation: Own the creation and updating of Sources of Truth documentation leveraged by the Channel team and other departments
- Data maintenance: Evaluate data sources such as Salesforce, spreadsheets, Training materials, etc. to ensure accuracy and that they are kept up to date
- Process Ownership: Own key elements of executing vital processes in Channel such as DocuSign preparation/sending, stakeholder communication mechanisms, etc.
- Reporting: Prepare presentations, agendas, reports to support executive decision-making and communication.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and lead meetings; ensure meetings are structured, documented, actionable, and deadline-driven.
- Event Planning & Execution: Support the planning and coordination for team events, trade shows, and in-person engagements that align with our mission.
- Financial Oversight: Handle event-related payments, secure internal approvals, and track budgets for events and materials.
- Communication & Outreach: Support Partner onboarding and develop supporting materials for Channel Partners; assist in direct outreach and communications to mobilize partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Public Policy teams to amplify the visibility and impact of events, projects, and initiatives.

- Flexibility to travel as required for event execution and partner engagements.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field or equivalent work experience strongly preferred
- 3+ years of experience in executive support, project management, or event planning—preferably in a start-up or early-stage company environment.
- Proven success in applying Project Management best practices; Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and other relevant digital tools
- Expertise in residential solar development and financing strategies is preferred.
- Preference for experience with B2B2C business models, with a strong understanding of customer and partner dynamics.
- Strong record of success supporting leadership with internal and external communications, highly confidential information, reporting and analytics, and developing complex presentations
