Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Demonstrate product functions to customers based on their requirements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
  • Keep customers informed about new products, services, and enhancements.
  • Maintain detailed reports of sales activities and provide sales forecasts.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
