We're currently seeking a Bilingual Collections Agent who will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers. Reporting directly to our Collections Manager, the Collections Agent will play a critical role in receiving incoming and outbound calls to customers in arrears, discussing payment options, and ensuring compliance with company policies in a professional manner. This position offers an excellent compensation and benefits package:

  • Hourly rate up to $19 hourly + Commission Incentive Potential

This position is in-office at our Corporate office in Saint Rose, LA 

What will you do?

  • Ensure an excellent customer service experience for PosiGen customers to resolve their past-due accounts.
  • Receive incoming and make outbound calls to customers in arrears to discuss payment options
  • Advise and influence customers on the payment options for debt recovery
  • Manage customers who are resistant to agent contact by remaining polite, tactful, honest and firm
  • Handle escalated customer calls and address any collection issues expediently to ensure customer satisfaction

We want to hear from you if:

  • Possess a High School diploma or GED
  • Two years of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures
  • Salesforce experience is preferred
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish required
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace preferred 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Excellent customer service experience and skills are required
