As an Account Executive for our enterprise accounts, you’ll be in charge of advancing sales and revenue growth at Moxion across a multitude of industries including construction, film, events, entertainment and more.  With your expertise you will help enable businesses to efficiently manage their energy needs, reduce costs, and embrace sustainable practices. You will work on building a network of contacts to draw in new customers, discover and execute emerging market opportunities, and manage growth initiatives while setting goals and developing plans for sales and revenue growth.

What you’ll do:
  • Develop new and existing relationships with customers across a range of industries
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication with prospects and clients
  • Identify potential clients, conduct market research, and proactively reach out to key decision-makers to generate new business opportunities
  • Present our energy solutions as an option to clients' energy challenges, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our offerings
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, addressing their specific requirements and ensuring alignment with company pricing and policies
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring that revenue targets and sales objectives are met
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge
  • Purse inbound and outbound leads and moving them through the sales cycle


Skills to be successful:
  • Sales experience in the temporary power, energy, equipment rental or similar markets
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or relevant position
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, with excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets
  • Ability to tactfully lead contract negotiations 
  • Relationship-building skills
  • Experience manage complex projects and technical sales cycles

$175,000 - $250,000 a year
The compensation range posted represents OTE - base, commission plus bonus.
