Supports all activities associated with safety projects and programs for geothermal operations.
Assists with the conduct of safety training programs for employees and new hires.
Develops and maintains reports, presentations, training schedules and plans.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Must be a college student, sophomore or higher standing, currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in engineering or related field.
Prior utility, energy or renewable industry experience helpful.
Software skills needed to be used in extracting information from various sources, conducting analysis and assisting workforce to achieve goals.
Effective project management skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.
