What You’ll Do as a Volume Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and post compelling job ads that drive candidate flow across multiple platforms.
• Source and screen high volumes of applicants through databases, social media, online forums, and referrals.
• Conduct structured interviews and assess applicants based on experience, skills, and culture fit.
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build a consistent recruitment strategy.
• Perform background checks and reference verifications.
• Promote ClearSource’s employer brand, sharing what makes us a great place to work.
• Maintain detailed recruitment records and provide regular reporting to management.
• Stay up to date on employment legislation and hiring trends to ensure compliance and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• Education in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience in high-volume recruitment (BPO or shared services experience is a plus!)
• Familiarity with recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools
• Ability to design and execute creative recruitment strategies
• Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills—you know how to spot great talent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
