This is a hybrid role where you’ll play a key part in evaluating performance, identifying knowledge gaps, and bridging processes between clients and our operations team. Your expertise will help our employees reach their full potential and ensure our team delivers exceptional service to clients—every time.What you will do Trainer/QA Analyst.- Conduct fair and consistent quality evaluations using established Small Teams QA Guidelines.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs covering product knowledge, company policies, processes, system navigation, and essential soft skills such as emotional intelligence.
- Administer regular assessments to verify trainee comprehension and proactively identifying knowledge and skill gaps.
- Participate in internal and client calibration sessions to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Training Department to enhance training content and address areas for improvement in trainee performance.
- Manage trainee satisfaction surveys to gather insights and improve training effectiveness.
- Actively participate in production activities to maintain up-to-date knowledge and operational familiarity.
- Consolidate key updates, process changes, and best practices for our company newsletter, promoting continuous learning across the organization.
What We're Looking For- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Education, or a related field. Equivalent experience in the virtual assistant industry may be considered.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the virtual assistant field, with a strong understanding of remote team operations and client interactions.
- Training Expertise: Proven experience as a Trainer or in Training Development within a reputable virtual staffing company.
- Certifications (Preferred): Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or any recognized teaching/training-related certification.
- Excellent communication skills, a keen eye for quality assurance, and a strong ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
