What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Daily bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance
- Managing Accounts Receivable: invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-ups
- Handling Accounts Payable: vendor invoices, approvals, and on-time payments
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Supporting month-end closings and financial reporting
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy
- Assisting with audits and implementing best practices for financial processes
- We’re hiring for a range of experience levels—entry through senior for future client projects
- Experience in bookkeeping and AR/AP roles
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes
- High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
