We’re looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy Customer Service & Technical Support Specialists to join our growing team.

In this role, your passion for customer care and your problem-solving mindset will play a key part in ensuring our users feel supported, understood, and confident using our products or services.


What You'll Do
  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat
  •  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with accuracy and empathy
  • Guide users through product features and best practices
  • Escalate complex issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
  •  Stay informed on product updates, system changes, and support procedures
 What We're Looking For
  • We’re hiring for a range of experience levels—entry through senior for future client projects
  • Experience in customer service or technical support
  •  A genuine passion for helping people and solving problems
  • Strong communication skills – clear, friendly, and professional
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support (preferred)
  • Comfort with technology and troubleshooting tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends if needed
