- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by offering timely solutions, gathering sensitive information, and providing detailed product knowledge.
- Maintain and process accurate records and documentation with high attention to detail.
- Prioritize and complete daily tasks across multiple projects or teams within pre-established timelines and with minimal supervision.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, goals, and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-performing, and team-oriented environment.
- Provide backup support to other teams as necessary.
- Take the initiative to consistently upgrade product knowledge and stay informed on updates.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, coworkers, and leadership to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
- Identify and recommend improvements to management regarding service, product, procedures, or packaging to enhance operational performance.
- Report training needs or system discrepancies promptly to supervisors.
- Adhere to regular attendance, punctuality, and a reliable work schedule, including lunch and break times.
- Coach agents daily by providing performance feedback based on client input or call monitoring.
- Conduct side-by-side sessions and real-time monitoring to assess and improve customer service interactions.
- Evaluate sales performance, techniques, and behaviors of agents and provide targeted feedback.
- Deliver individual and group training sessions to strengthen sales skills and product knowledge.
- Provide continuous coaching using real-time feedback, role-plays, and skill-building techniques.
- Establish performance goals, monitor progress, and provide follow-up to ensure success.
- Collaborate with Operations and Training teams to align coaching strategies and support programs.
- Promote a confident, positive sales mindset within the team.
What We're Looking For- Must have completed at least some college-level education.
- Possess 2–3 years of experience in a sales leadership or coaching role, or a related field.
- Proven background in outbound sales, with a strong emphasis on hard selling techniques.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willing to work onsite at the designated location.
- Flexible with work hours, including graveyard shifts and split rest days as required.
