The
Talent Acquisition Administrator ensures 100% Compliance to Pre-hiring requirements (BI and PEME), ID Creation and understands recruitment demands within the area of responsibility through completion of essential pre-hiring requirements and submission to HR. The Recruitment Administrator reports to Recruitment Manager.
What you will do as a Talent Acquisition Administrator- Interact and maintain liaison with Recruiters per Account to ensure pre-hiring requirements are completed prior to Training Start Date
- Responsible for the creation of ID for new hires
- Responsible in the preparation of Job Offer kits and assisting New Hires on concerns during Job Offers
- Encoding of candidate’s profile information to the database
- Collect pre-employment requirements, validate those submitted, follow-through on those pending submission, and endorse all to HR
- Request for New Hire credentials and equipment delivery etc
- Responsible for onboarding of all New Hires and ensure details are complete & accurate and collaborate with specific departments involved in the hiring process
- Update and utilize Hiring database and tools (MS Excel etc)
- Responsible for tracking BI & PEME costs, and request billing for payment from Vendors
- Discuss with Manager/ Immediate Superior challenges in compliance and recommend necessary action with enough lead time

- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
What ClearSource Needs from You- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
- Experience in onboarding, candidate management, or HR preferred
- Experience in a BPO setting is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with HR software or candidate management systems a plus
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and pre-employment requirements
- Understanding of background checks, medical exams, and vendor management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
