You should be responsible for providing teaching opportunities through evaluations, gathering opportunities, monitoring quality variance, and bridge knowledge/process gaps from clients and prior experience.

What you will do as a Quality Assurance 
  • Show up for assigned shift and adhere schedule as based in myHR.
  • To conduct call evaluations and utilize QA Guidelines as based for scoring.
  • To consolidate markdowns and important updates for company Newsletter.
  • Participate in internal and client calibration sessions to maintain consistency and alignment in QA evaluations.

What ClearSource Needs from You
  • Minimum of 6 mos. experience with Traeger
  • No disciplinary or corrective actions for the last 6 months
  • Passing overall scorecard for the last 3 months
  • With good attendance record
  • Effective communications skills
