What You’ll Do as an Operations Manager

This isn’t just about managing numbers—it’s about leading people, driving performance, and fostering a culture of success. You will be at the heart of ClearSource’s operations, ensuring that employees feel supported, clients are satisfied, and business goals are met.

Your Impact:

  • Lead and mentor your team, ensuring they grow professionally and excel in their roles.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategic solutions to hit targets.
  • Partner with clients to align expectations, resolve issues, and drive program success.
  • Collaborate with Support Teams (Recruiting, IT, Learning & Development) to optimize hiring, training, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a high-energy, people-first environment where employees feel valued and empowered.
  • Uphold ClearSource’s high service standards, ensuring customers receive best-in-class experiences.
  • Handle escalations with urgency, ensuring swift resolution of business or employee concerns.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent English communication skills – You’ll be leading conversations with teams and clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree (any 4-year course) – We value education and strategic thinking.
  • 4+ years of leadership & managerial experience – You know how to guide and inspire teams.
  • 5+ years of BPO experience – You understand the industry and its challenges.
  • 3+ years as an Operations Manager – You’ve successfully led operations before and are ready to take it to the next level.
