ClearSource is seeking for a dependable Operations Assistant to to help with operations support and general office duties.

What you will do as an Operation Assistant

  • Organization - including not only your personal organization of duties and tasks, but also meeting notes, action items, team metrics & data, calendars, etc.
  • Meetings– a good deal of your time will be spent attending and leading meetings along with taking notes and following up on action items
  • Data collection and reporting – various tools provide metrics and data that are collected and reported on each week
  • Billing Assistance – editing entries and making sure invoicing is clear to clients before being sent
  • Projects and other tasks as requested by management
  • General office duties – answering general office line, data entry, organizing files or documents, etc.

What ClearSource Needs from You

  • Experience: 1-2 years in an administrative or operations support role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive and resourceful approach to troubleshooting operational issues.
