- Create, edit, and maintain product listings on various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.).
- Optimize product descriptions, images, keywords, and categories to maximize search visibility and sales.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and in line with brand standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing and inventory teams to launch new products and manage listings for promotions.
- Monitor and analyze listing performance, making recommendations to improve traffic and conversion rates.
- Handle inquiries and feedback on listings, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and listing management tools (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, etc.).
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and detail.
- Basic knowledge of SEO for e-commerce to enhance listing visibility.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
