Lead Qualification Representative


Salary $17.00 -$18.00/Hour plus commission and bonus


 


 


Basic Function: The Lead Qualification Representative is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, scheduling qualified sales appointments through over the phone efforts, drive company profitability and growth while helping homeowners save money and reduce their environmental impact by going solar.


 


Responsibilities:



  • Generate leads utilizing Five9 dialing software.

  • Effectively communicate information to homeowners pertaining to lowering their electric bills by going solar.

  • Schedule future sales appointments.

  • Maintain knowledge of current rebate rates and incentives.

  • Communicate professionally and courteously.

  • Effectively communicate financing options to clients.

  • Work in conjunction with the administration and sales staff throughout the sales process.

  • Meet monthly quotas.

  • Attend mandatory meetings and training programs.

  • Perform other duties as needed.


 


Supervisory Responsibilities:  Not Applicable


 


Required Skills:



  • Minimum one year in call center environment or experience with customer service.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

  • A willingness and ability to learn and take direction.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite products.

  • Must be punctual, professional and have a great over the phone presence.

  • Ability to work in team environment.

  • High school diploma/equivalent (or higher).


 


 


Physical Requirements:


Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
