What you will do as a Information Technology Intern
- Timely response and resolution of assigned ticket requests
- Perform first-level troubleshooting of PC, OS, and basic Office application issues.
- Setup and Configuration of new IT equipment.
- Maintain IT-related documentation and/or procedures.
- Graduating of Information Technology course
- Required to complete 486 hours of Internship
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
