What you will do as a HR Specialist
  • Primary work assignment will be supporting ClearSource BPO PH Group for all HR Task.
  • Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation.
  • Collect and process new hire paperwork, maintaining accurate files.
  • Enroll new hires in local payroll systems and monitor payroll bank status.
  • Initiate offboarding procedures including updating systems and processing final paychecks.
  • Address basic employee inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Handle HR and attendance concerns and questions.
  • Support with the time keeping and payroll processing for the PH group.
  • Provide guidance on statutory benefits and related inquiries.
  • Administer benefits enrollment and address basic employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Assist in data collection and basic analysis related to compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure accuracy in timesheet submissions and address related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within assigned business units.
  • Generate basic reports for various HR purposes.
  • Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding the HRIS.
  • Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.
  • And other task, duties, and responsibility that may be assigned to you from time to time related to your department or business need.

What ClearSource Needs from You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • A year of experience in Employee Relations 
  • Proficiency in HR software and data management systems
  • Strong knowledge with MS Office, Google Sheets, SharePoint and the like
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations and best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be able to work on a night shift at Ortigas City
