What will you do as an HR & Office Manager
As Human Resources Manager: 
  • Provides day-to-day direction in all aspects of human resources
  • Assumes responsibility for development and maintenance of company guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Develops and assists with the implementation of human resource programs for the Noida office with a concentration on labor law and legal issues
  • Assist with the onboarding, change management, and termination of employees
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions
  • Responsible for implementation of assignment agreements, addendums and all legal documentation
  • Support the new starter onboarding experience by preparing and sending new hire contracts, setting up personnel files and collating new starter information such as references, criminal record and medical checks
  • Work with the third-party payroll vendor to secure the correct payroll processing
  • Assist with payroll disputes, research and resolution
  • Assist the team members with legal and payroll documentation
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
As Office Manager:Administrative:
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Set up and manage local accounts and companies, including those of payroll and recruiting
  • Work with the third-party vendor regarding the private medical insurance implementation
  • Conduct online research as needed to perform the responsibilities of the role
  • Make travel and lodging arrangements for visiting clients and employees
  • Provide administrative support to the country manager and other team members
Engagement:
  • Oversee the planning and holding of employee events, such as training, graduation events, engagement activities or other all-employee events
Maintenance:
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Oversee the efforts of third-party janitorial services to ensure office cleanliness
  • Oversee the efforts of third-party air conditioning maintenance
Mailing:
  • Receive and process mail, including invoices, packages, etc.
  • Organize and maintain all digital and physical files for the office
Supplies/Inventory/Errands/Shopping:
  • Manage the company’s office, including the procurement and maintenance of office supplies, cleaning supplies and equipment

What ClearSource Needs from You
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with the human resources information system (HRIS) used by your company, such as Workday, Zoho People, Cloud HR, SmartRecruiters and others
  • Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
  • Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
  • Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning
