We are currently seeking a GPS Program Manager to join our team! The GPS Program Manager will be responsible for utilizing CAD software as part of the Take Off/Drafting/Modeling team to create, modify, analyze, and optimize 2D and 3D designs. This role also includes survey, layout, and staking of projects, as well as assisting with project bidding and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate and detailed 3D models of construction projects using software such as AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center, or similar modeling programs. Translate architectural and engineering drawings into precise models for buildings, infrastructure, utilities, etc.


• Generate construction sketches and other documents based on 3D models, detailing dimensions, materials, and construction techniques. Perform quantity takeoffs for cost estimates.


• Maintain 3D models throughout the project lifecycle to reflect design changes, field modifications, and as-built conditions. Create visualizations and renderings for client and team presentations.


• Ensure 3D models and construction documents are accurate, complete, and consistent. Provide training and support to team members on modeling software and troubleshoot software-related issues.


• Verify data issued to the field, create machine control data for GPS equipment, and maintain as-built drawings. Operate survey equipment, perform field calibration, and train field staff on equipment and software use.


• Assist with project bidding and planning, contribute to special projects as needed, and support overall team efforts.

Qualifications:

• Associate�s degree in construction management or a related engineering field preferred.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and/or CAD.


• Proficient in reading and analyzing contract drawings, specifications, and field surveys.


• Experience with AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center, and developing grading surfaces.


• Familiarity with Bluebeam, Civil CAD, and Trimble Business Center.


• Remote Pilot�s License preferred.


• Valid driver�s license with a clean driving record.

Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 annual salary, based on experience.
