Position Summary: 


Customer Support Coordinators work directly with the customer, corporate team, and sales team. They play a crucial role in the operation of the company from beginning to end of the solar process. Effective and efficient communication is crucial to the success of this role. They take inbound calls, as well as working on solutions off the phone in the form of problem solving and queue work. Individuals applying for this role need strong focus and organizational skills. It’s important for this role to ensure a great experience for all.


Essential Duties: 


  • Spend 75% of the day communicating through phone, email, and text with sales representatives and customers
  • Develop a working knowledge of Blue Raven Solar's process and the solar industry to effectively communicate and educate customers
  • Multitask in a high-volume work environment without sacrificing quality
  • This includes completing all work with 95% accuracy and meeting all written and verbal communication quality expectations with a 90% rating weekly within 3 months
  • Keep commitments to customers and sales reps 

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer Service experience
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Critical thinking skills

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
