We are looking for a hands-on experimental quantum physicist who has the capability of getting quickly into the essence of complex quantum experiments and has a passion for solving complex problems. But equally important, should have great communication skills. If you have a true appreciation for the potential and nuance of quantum control, an unrelenting curiosity for physics and quantum computing, and are looking for a fast-paced environment, you are Quantum Machines material. As a customer success engineer, you will be armed with our state-of-the-art quantum control system, and your goal will be to work closely with our customers to bring them into running the most advanced quantum experiments. You will work with leading teams from all over the world – with universities, start-ups, and multinationals, and your feedback from the field will be crucial for shaping our product. Your achievements with customers are the bread-and-butter of sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Being the major CSM of tens of quantum teams.
  • Setting up the system in quantum labs and make experiments run.
  • Training customers to use the system.
  • Solve customer’s problems and release bottlenecks.
  • Learn the customer’s physics and consult them.
  • Make the customer and advocate of QM
  • Bring feedback to the product.

Requirements:

  • Being a “people-person”- Must!
  • Hands-on experience in the experimental quantum lab of at least 2 years.
  • Ability to understand the research of customers from a wide variety of qubit platforms quickly and in-depth.
  • Ability to manage difficult situations also when things are not working.
  • Being a natural problem-solver.
