Receive demands by e-mail or telephone to assist customers in several demands;
Handle COD, cargo hold requests;
Handle Tracking critical scenarios;
Coordinate cargo returns, unreleased cargo;
Support CS representatives in complex situations.
Upper intermediate to advanced English level
Basic Spanish level
Office 365 mainly excel and word
Degree in International business, or related areas
